This article shows you how to add and register an official to an event. Everyone except athletes, coaches and referees are considered officials.

How to add a new official
Every role except athletes, coaches and referees are considered as officials. To access their options rightclick on “Officials entries”.
Click on “Registration of officials” to add a new official.
First select the club you would like to register the official for. If the club already exists for the event, you find it in the drop down menu or via the search icon. Otherwise you have to register a new club.
All officials of the club are shown in the officals list. To add a new official click on the “plus”-icon.
Enter the first and last name of the official in the official manager.
To select the type of official, open the according drop down menu. If the desired role is not shown, select “Others” to use a customized title.
Enter the title of the official’s role in the “Others” textfield and click on “save”.
If needed you can upload or take a picture of the official before you update the profile.
How to register an official
To register a new official, choose the official’s club, select him from the official list and click on “Save entries”.
List of official entries
To access the list of all currently registered officials, click on “Officials entries” either via the “Main Tree Menu” or the “Main Data/Entries”-Panel.
The entry list of officials contains all information about the registered officials. To change an official’s data, double click on him to access his profil. The options of the entry list management are adjusted but follow the same principles like the athlete’s entry list.
